Coming Back

Coming Back is a reflexion on my 2019-2022 years, when I came back to Berlin after spending a year wandering around from place to place. Having to resettle myself in the city, jumping from one flat to the next and all the troubles that come with not having a place of your own. Crossing the Pandemic too. The whole comic is made in my quick comic style (as The Comic Book was) so lots of improvisation and I kept everything as it was without modifying anything once it was written/ drawn. Names of people and places appearing in the comic may have been changed to protect their private life but that’s it. The beginning of this project was a short text I wrote during a night of insomnia. – Paul Winck
